COFFEE PROJECT

Current Status
We have successfully established 35 acres of coffee at Kibanga. The project is progressing well, and we see great potential for expansion.

Expansion Potential
Our available land can accommodate an additional 50 acres of coffee cultivation. However, our current priority is to consolidate this phase, focusing on key infrastructure improvements before further expansion.

Key Focus Areas

Irrigation Enhancement – With a reliable water source at Kibanga providing a minimum of 70,000 liters per day, we aim to develop a robust irrigation system to support the existing coffee plantation.

Coffee Drying Infrastructure – Efficient drying facilities are essential for maintaining quality. We plan to invest in better drying techniques to improve processing and add value to our coffee.

By strengthening these foundational aspects, we will ensure sustainable growth and high-quality coffee production before scaling up further.
