Currently, the farm is operating at close to 40% of its full potential owing to several factors as shown in the summarized SWOT Analysis. We have taken on a strategy of GO SLOW BUT SURE. START, CONSOLIDATE AND THEN EXPAND IF NECESSARY. It is a mixed farm involved in crop and animal husbandry.
